    not a hope, no business case understanding, doesn't get capital estimates, business readiness or preproduction costs. I might consider if it was an iron ore mine which is easy as all get out.
    As a CEO - has been a very one dimensional pumper - this might help him develop some other skill if he is open to the learning.
