Attached AR extract at p. 23 you refer to.

"During the reporting period, TNG appointed two senior
executives.
Mr Tony Hadley was appointed as Project Director, to
oversee the feasibility and development of the Mount
Peake Project, and Mr Kim Grey was appointed Exploration
Manager to oversee the expansion of exploration activities
across TNG’s portfolio of resource assets in the Northern
Territory.
Mr Hadley will consult to TNG in this capacity in the next
financial year.

Looks like he may have been on a 2 year contract to complete the DFS++. I suspect his termination will override any ongoing consultancy?
