You can push the price up down and sideways but there is a large chunk of stock controlled by the directors and ultimately if you want to build a stake in this company and possibly buy it out, then you will need to get the directors on side.
Annoyingly everytime I construct a valuation that tries to capture this businesses known net worth it comes in north of $10 per share and that is just on Promarker D.
Maybe there is some huge undefined risk that I am not pricing in?
