Good Job on this one. Also, the writer is a CA and I think it is high time now that someone reports her to Chartered Accountants of Australia Code of Ethics Committee for investigation and potential licence/CA designation revocation.
This is the 2nd time that I’m aware of that an article she wrote in recent time had a negative impact on the reputation of the company (SP sentiments) due to the narrative she had presented in her article.
IMO these articles appears to be and potentially libellous and that her intent and motive needs to be investigated either by legal authority and/or her profession.
As a CA she is held accountable to the principles set out by the Code of Conduct such as Integrity, Objectivity, Professional Competence and Due Care amongst other both in Public Practice and Business.
The burden of proof is on her that she demonstrated these in her articles.
