I agree, there are times when he talks with certainty, rather than housing things in "we're aiming to.." type language. It doesn't help CFE's credibility when a stated milestone doesn't transpire.

The only reason that I can see MCC not paying the $80m is if they actually don't have it, otherwise they've blown $320m. Does anyone know with certainty, whether CFE get the project back if the MCC coffers are dry, as some have stated? Sounds too good to be true.
