I like the CFE story as much as the next person but Tony didn't say he'd build the company to a $1B market cap. He said:
"I just want to get the return to Cape Lambert shareholders into the billion-dollar-mark."
I suspect he means total return to shareholders which includes what he has already returned in the earlier special dividends. So get your calculators out and work out what the shareprice would need to be to achieve that milestone and that could be Tony's exit point.
