with drilling results due out imminently (fingers crossed they are great)...definitely think a higher bid from a 3rd party is a possibility!

Also expect the Board to put pressure on CFE for more as 40c is a joke..although I concede that this may not work given that all DMM personnel except Sumich work for CFE. This highlights another issue in that the current Board and management of DMM lack independence from CFE! We all need to watch this one carefully!

In any event once CFE issue their bidders statement they will start buying on market at 40C so that wiill be a floor price....
