Surely this company is at a point where it is obvious a new CEO is required?
it is one thing to be a bullsh1tter and show pony.
It is another to be revealed as lacking the leadership and fundamental skills required to deliver the expected and promised delivery.
The project will survive Tony”s deceptions and mismanagement, but the shareholder value and company may not.
Either way Tony is a dead man walking. The sooner he goes thd better.
