Don't misrepresent me.
1. Carbon in the form of CO2/greenhouse gasses does harm.
2. The graph shows that the supposed "no significant warming" is a load of rubbish. Hottest ever decades, consistent with warming trend.
3. If you want evidence of ongoing warming over those 15 years, look at ocean warming.

The air temperatures are only a small component of the planet warming due to greenhouse gasses. Most of it goes into the oceans.

And they have continued to warm gangbusters over the last 15 years..

Go learn some more before you post stuff you know nothing about.
