Alright Tony...now I appreciate it is extremely frustrating for you and indeed all prospective miners in Tanzania to wait for the Commission to go through things...but seriously ....Has MNS got funding in the last couple of days? No. Has MNS received the go ahead from Tanzanian Mining Commission? No .
Great company but in exactly  the same boat as KNL
You coming over to KNL every single day  to try and downramp won't deliver MNS its funding either. Nor will it get the commission to give MNS a tick of approval any faster than KNL.

Maybe you could spend your endless ramping hours writing to the President...about how good MNS is and why you should be head of the imaginary queue ...and then write to your potential financiers and do the same

Or ...wait till everybody hears back from the commission......wait a week or so for all the announcements, then if your graphite stock has been approved and financed, come here and say nah nah nah nah nah....
