Imo KNL's time has come and gone. They were struggling to get finance before all these law changes. They could have always gone after the initial targets they had and up-scaled later.
What does that tell you? It tells me they were never getting the money in the first place.

Now before you all jump up and down let me say that is my opinion. It makes sense though. If you guys believe KNL was ever going to get the money they should have back then and you would be exporting now. Think about it. Fill me in on why they changed from that course. Was it that the banks wanted a more robust business model? Expansion? I can't remember as it has been nearly three years.
