If you're right Tony then it would be clear fraud by the directors as its clearly stated in their announcement that Kfw was part of the conversations recently.
Are you accusing the directors are breaking the law? Would be a good idea to substantiate the claim, don't think 'IMO' will suffice.
I would rather trust an official announcement that was released by the company than 'IMO' (and a possible defamation).
