Either you guys missed the point or being deliberately misleading.
These outstanding payments are not "revenue" but offset cash spent during the qtr.
Receiving grants and funding allows for research they may not have deemed either feasible or a priority as they obviously focus on company growth.
It may be of little consequence but whilst you lot moan about the cash out the door, this is specifically why it has been mentioned.
