It's the deal that they have done with the Thai banks to extinguish their obligations of the their loans that have been secured over the Chatree assets. KCN does not need to repay the entire loan. The banks are aware that operations will cease at the end of the year. So KCN paying out the EBITDA from Chatree to the banks till the end of the year.
