There is a certain word that springs to mind and that is DISCLOSURE.
They did not disclose it until they absolutely had to.
Please don't make it warm and fluffy when its not. Shareholders got stooged simple.
Of course the share price will go up a bit now that the directors bought the short fall.
I thought these guys were different but obviously not.
