I'm just happy to see this stock moving again after being in the doldrums for so long.

I never did understand it. I've held since up around $1 and accumulated on the way down. Even at $1, it was paying a steady 10% yield which has never been adjusted down even though NTA has consistently trended up with only the odd blip here and there.

UBS selling down a lot of its australian REIT holding didn't help the share price as they have sold over 10 million shares in the preceding months.

It seems CWT was the baby being thrown out with the bathwater for a while there.
