    I've followed AVG for a while. No surprises in the half year result except for the prudence of the board in the size of writedowns and provisions.

    gearing of 32% suggests AVG is not in any danger of folding which is good for CWT. May affect the rental review process somehow but looks like this is fully factored into CWT share price given that its trading at some 30% earnings yield.
