Does anyone know why this one is being sold down so much?
I have a fair bit of them and would hate to see it go the way of some of the other unit trusts. I've spent a fair bit of time looking at the financials for this one and I can't see anything to suggest why they would be trading at 36 cents.

this seems way to cheap for a company that gives a 9.5 cent yield and has recently reaffirmed its dividend.

gearing is very reasonable at 49%. 99% occupancy rating

If there is some risk or anything that I'm missing can someone please let me know as I'm getting a bit nervous holding. I've managed to avoid most of the property trust sector meltdown and would like to keep it that way.
