too difficult !

Because of the way the company has been structured it is difficulkt to have a correct feel for the company.The problem is the Covertible which Mr Gardiner may or may not convert. If it is looking good then presumably he will convert, but when?That is where it becomes a difficult judgement. Many shares change hands and as far as I am aware he has as yet not converted.What is therefore going on, buyers and sellers are matched and some will draw the short straw and be loosers. It is an innscrutable situation. A waste of Time trying to figure it out . Time is a precious commodity if one makes money, for loosers it is irrelevant . I will therefore look elsewhre.
