A key aspect that they don't seem to worry about is that they should be giving shareholders much more information on the sale process as in the progress of the site visits etc and a likely timetable for bids to be finalised. Nothing top secret - just keep shareholders and the market informed.
It seems like they really don't care about the share price.
These bonus payments should have been linked to the sale outcome and getting the share price to a certain level.
