Too good to be true?, page-38

With Chinese companies listing here, there is one question which should decide whether investing even minutes thinking further is worth it -why does/did the company list here? Anything even speculative will have no shortage of investors in China -given how people there are happy to dump money in overheated housing or gaming. Could it be the quality of management talent here? or the imprimatur of the corporate oversight? If there is no convincing answer I would probably opt to respond to the Nigerian general's wife that has $300m in her late husbands account and badly wants my help.
