Cancelled at the time of the R.I. which with recent falls in S.P. makes
me think that now, not later, would be the most likely time to do so.
Would expect S.P. to be nearer to 2 cents, than 3, if they do.
All just an assumption, but possible, considering it WAS discussed earlier.
