too good to be true

There has been a fair bit of talk about WHN prospective revenue from the investment in the US; however, I may be missing something, though why would any company release oil/gas at the mere price of 2.5 million, especially a US company?

Furthermore, do you feel that the lack of identity of this company will mean that core business focus is lost whilst pursuit for the riches, i.e oil is maintained?

I am looking at this more of a sentimental short term trading share, does anyone feel this is a buy,buy buy; or hold off on the side lines??
