I don't think Austin is in a position to buy anyone at the moment given the trouble they're having with their own gas wells. AKK was supposed to be a no brainer as they're drilling in an existing gas field and look how much trouble they're having getting any meaningful gas flow. WHN doesn't even have that going for it - it's in an unproven field so even more risky than AKK, so I advise caution with this stock.
