POP , 5 per cent interest will not ever create wealth unless of course you have millions invested.
If you had millions invested you would not be on this forum.
I love people investing at 5 % , it simply means the banks I invest in are able to use those funds to make more money and therefore pay me a bigger dividend for the stock I hold in the banks.
Like the rest of us you are here looking for a snippet of info that you can use to help build wealth.
If your only working 8 hr days get an other job at night. Put the money into good Aussie companies.
Australian Banks , O/G companies , are cheap , very very cheap right now.
If you have enough of them one morning you will wake to the sun beaming in through your bedroom window , the sound of waves smashing the beach below your house will draw you to the veranda where you will enjoy your morning juice and toast.
Mean while the rest of the country will be setting the alarm for 5 am, stuck at traffic lights, blowing their horns at the car in front , smiling at the boss they hate , looking for a sandwich shop where lunch is cheap, watching and believing the rot they are educated to watch and believe on leftist TV stations.
Australian Banks , O/G companies are as cheap as chips right now.
Spend 22 bucks on 1 WBC share , you get approximately $1.40 paid to you each year , then you get the Franking Credits which off set some of your hard earned tax dollars you earn from your night job, then once in a while you will get a special divvy , then you get the Capitol Gains when it jumps. And it will jump , I bought my first WBC at 5 dollars.
5 % interest annually just doesn't build wealth.
The knockers will say but look at the performance over the last 5 years, I agree not flash but the world closed down for 3 of those years, look at interest rates over the last 3 years. Zero.
