I like your thinking fella but don’t think the stakes are right! Maybe a few suggestions from both sides of the divide before an agreed wager! Personally I think if you sit on the wrong side of the ledger then you should put a comprehensive outline of all TV2’s false statements together & lodge them with ASIC, ASX & inform NF that you were proceeding with litigation!
As for what you believe I should do if I am wrong in my assumptions- I’ll leave that in your court of arbitration!
