congrats, you have half-read the ASX rules re extensions around the 2-year delisting - but you've failed to note that whatever the transaction/event is that will give the company sufficient substance to continue being listed needs to have been announced to the market (i.e. it is only the completion of the deal that needs to occur).

TV2 haven't announced any imminent deals.. turning up a day or two before the 2-year suspension anniversary with a company changing announcement will not be viewed positively, and I expect the ASX would scrutinise considerably both the legitimacy of any such deal, as well as the company's ability to complete it

that's all before getting into the administrative and housekeeping matters that have been left derelict - remind us again who is attending to those, and when will they all be addressed?
