It’s all about fresh investment Pomhat. That’s where such misguided confidence is coming from IMO.
A group had been formed to recapitalise Tv2 - the group believes this will be enough to get the ASX to allow them back on. Members of the group are also angling for the board. IMO.
Under this scenario - the ASX will require more than a simple funding plan to believe. They will want to know about operations, any business operational changes, any requirement to re comply with Chapters 1 + 2….ETC.
Main problem is - Tv2 has never had a business. Was always structured to favour one party. This is evident in all transgressions, financial railings and failed agreements over the last 5 years.
