Delisting is one thing. When's the company going to be deregistered? ie, when do we get the capital loss to write off. ASX listed or not, our shareholdings can sit with the registry for some time before they're declared worthless and the company is actually wound up.
If there was even the tiniest bit of news that they were trying to sell the listing through another reverse aquisition, I might have some hope (For a massive consolidation and dilution :eyeroll: ). But who in their right mind would take on the compliance (and legal) mess this is in right now, and we simply haven't heard anything at all about what efforts NF may or may not have been making to get all the ducks lined up and paperwork in order, let alone a viable product and business. I accept my lesson in falling for the hype of this con back in 2016, and subsequent evaporating "deals".
