Naagh. Just make them all be there for the pour. Always worked for me. People dont have time to argue if concrete is being poured. They just get in there and do it. Tradies need to know they cannot FAFO. Too late then.
#Mine were Residential concrete pours so usually over by lunchtime for other Trades.
