It has happened in the past that a company had it's SP manipulated as everyone was waiting for news.
Someone dumped large on the market triggering stop losses and others just sold even though there was no announcement & later to find out that their stop losses had been triggered, so be wary if you use a stop loss."

and many more achievements by a company having 7 million market cap.

The mgmt are trying everything to keep the company rolling at its best.

There are people who are down-ramping this stock and buying at low (THAT IS SHARE MARKET).
