2. Hiring R&D - high end jobs for product development.
3. rig capacity - has to be almost fully booked for 2010/11.
4. Major drilling peer heading higher this month.

very very quiet on the management front - again i would look to a 1-2 consolidation. minimal debt and no acquisition this year.

BLY with minimal/no debt is a lean operation but is a probable takeover target...
