pck is still waiting for following coming news. 5million need to be cashed in to boost roll out. until money is in the pocket, it is still a doubt. To be honest, it is a good news in long, as least government recognise this technology while RAP is on trail regardless how great is result.
if Money is not cashed in by end of May, SP will re-test 5.5c. So pro and con, hard to say too late.
