    the most likely scenario is not a takeover but a sale of the 25% share of the mine.

    That is why AGS is spending it's own money to see how big the deposit is and be able to put a dollar value on the sale.

    AGS will get the cash and pursue other interests.

    AGS is in a win / win situation regardless of what happens.

    The real question is what prenium needs to be paid to keep the operation private. As long as AGS is there information will be relased to the ASX which defeats the point of being a private company.
