The EPS on both reports is the same and higher than my EPS because they used $70lb. If I substitute $70lb in my spreadsheet, I get 6.1 cents EPS (probably due to higher exchange rate).

In brief, only 6.5 cents EPS results in this stock having a poor valuation.
