People who don't own property wish the market will crash & new property owners wants the property to go up.
Then there are those who own the house they live in, aren't movin and don't give a rat's.
I don't want property to crash because it would be as damaging here as in the US. I don't want it go on a tear because that is only good a few lazy, know it all investors in debt to their eyebrows.
