Is it really that hard to take the extra five seconds and spell correctly?
I digress, no need to be a bully. Why would it be too late if i bought a couple of years from now? Can you see into the future? I am fairly certain that the phrase of 'get in now before its too late' has been thrown around for quite some time. As an example do you think the people (Investors) who bought in Melbourne in 2011 would be kicking them selves? Hindsight can show us that a year later it isn't 'too late', in fact its probably too early. See below bureau of statistics percentage change from 2011 to 2012

On another point do you think the builders are giving away all these extras for free? Nothing in this world is free. They run a business and will simply make up the difference elsewhere, whether it is screwing contractors, suppliers or buyers.
Incentives are purely a tool to drive up demand to prop up our market. I wonder what the market would look like if they were all removed...
