developers have to cut corners and do deals to move stock, land prices cant fall due to taxes and well (they aint making anymore). using cheaper materials and in the future using cheap foreign labour will be the go. last weekend i went to an auction, big gaudy 6 year old house, fibro and stucco falling apart.
