Pilfering or buying? I thought we had a 'free market'. In a free market, those that have the money buy the goods, to use how they see fit, within the bounds of the law. We have not had and did not have a law prohibiting people from sending 'stuff' overseas to whoever.
I think a ban has been put in place from now..
