plenty of bears here because theyve done their research.The
average property owner has seen property do nothing but
rise over their lifetime due to this up cycle starting in
1960 (ended 2010).It will take alot of convincing for
the average person that property is on a longterm decline.
I estimate at least 5 years of negative declines will
be required.
