    We have two bedrooms nobody sleeps in. One is my den, the other is a guest room. The formal dining room is the Lady's office and sewing room. I LOVE this big house.

    But if we were hard up the son could move upstairs and his "bachelor flat" could comfortably house a couple of uni students.
