Normally a mall works with certain % 's like only 8 % of the mall can be used for F&B .
There is a whole guide book on this subject you need the perfect mix otherwise in the long run the mall goes down as well.
If there is to many F&B in a mall hence nobody will make decent money for paying the rent
Its the beginning of the end for the shopping mall as well .
