although this might sound too pessimistic; but I would have been more encouraged had they announced that LUM has hired a retired ex-used car salesman instead of another director with heaps of egos and presumably no will to get off his butt and get some contracts signed.

although this might sound a bit too harsh but appointment of new directors in this company is equivalent to resignation of the last director.

nothing ventured nothing gained.

there is still no vision- no business plan- no income stream- no revenue- simply put nothing to go to the bank with and ask for $1500 loan.
