These guys, looking at their backgrounds, would all be pretty wealthy. They are earning a very nominal income from Lumacom in director's fees and they have minimal to no shares and aren't buying at 3c. So, what is in it for them being affiliated with Lumacom? Probably not much, hence the performance of Lumacom over the past few years. More chiefs happy to take $20k and a few free oppies as a director's fee?
Also ironic that Turkington, Tolhurst WA boss, is able to get his company's clients to buy LUM notes and shares in the placement but he doesn't buy any himself.
