too many directors with finger in pies

It is a disgrace that the directors of all these failed companies including afg,cnp,abs,ccp and too many more to name have been allowed to take margin loans without notifying the market and now as an afterthought asic are going to enforce it too late for all the people who have lost money.
I think pie in the sky stocks mining stocks are looking better than so called blue chips these days
