Firstly let me say that i understand you have burnt a lot of cash and are bitter. BUT, you must take the emotion out of the equation, this is a financial investment nothing more and nothing less.

Yes NMS has had a fraught history (they are not alone there). but on the face of the recent (last 6 months) changes, I firmly believe this is a turnaround opportunity already underway.

Mind you I dont have any lofty ambitions, but I would not think a 12 month price target IMHO of 20 cents is too far out there.
