Exactly right...I also think there are too many shares on issue...

If the company reconstructs and raises money for a current project or a new project that is in the pipeline???then we will get the parasites (daytraders) out of HCY...Thats when the upward trend will happen...

This will more than likely be the role of the new director and who knows what he brings to the table...
