ICN now has 40% of 855 , the 2.2 tcf would be a recoverable number not a gas in place number. But ICN can hardly go develop the permit without BPT so in this regard BPT is in no rush IMO
I think BPT would take out ICN if they have a Big JV poartner simply to uncomplicate things
the other paert that it worth noting, how does ICN de rerisk the permit, think baout how much BPT is pending on 215, does ICN have the funds to do soemthing similar at 855
