I will not be selling.
Without sounding like I am a follower, I believe Reg is in Beach for the long term, as such, if an offer appears, he will find another suitor that is happier with a farm in option to trump whatever other offers are available.
All my IMO and hopes.
This is the kind of company I can brag to my mates when I retire that I got into early and rode it all the way.
(also - I dislike paying lots of Tax.. so T/O are not a good ending for me).
