Just look at the debacle with Bathurst Resources in New Zealand with the greenies taking them to court then appealing and appealing and then appealing.
Different circumstances, but has taken well over 2.5 years to finally end and some sort of agreements reached.
Hopefully CPL will not have the same dramas but seems to be shaping up that way.
